HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
In order to exchange goods, you must inform the manager in a way convenient for you (by calling +380503377556, writing to us on Instagram @papaya_ua or Telegram) to clarify the availability of the desired size.
Аfter the manager has confirmed the exchange, you must fill out the Exchange and Return Form and add it to the package.
RETURN
Need to make a return? No problem!
You can return item within 14 days of receiving the package (including a few days for return shipping).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Contact the manager and report the return in a way convenient for you (by calling on number +380503377556 or writing to us on Telegram).
- Fill out the Exchange and Return Form that was included with your package upon receipt.
- Properly package the items you wish to return to prevent damage in transit.
- Add a completed Exchange and Return Form to the return package.
- Send the packaged items.
Return shipping services are paid by the customer. The parcel, the delivery of which is not paid, will be returned back to you.
After receiving the return at our warehouse, within 5 business days you will be sent a money transfer to the account that you specified in the Exchange and Return Form or to the card from which the payment was made online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- You can return or exchange any product except pajamas, gloves, socks, underwear.
- Items purchased during the sale can also be returned.
- The products which you wish to return cannot bear any marks of usage and must have all the original tags attached.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
